CCMI has been creating and supporting Mentoring Programmes for clients for over 40 years. Our experience includes:
– Leading the research team that developed the international standards for mentoring programmes.
– Supporting hundreds of organisations worldwide in designing and sustaining effective mentoring programmes
– Training over 100,000 mentoring programme participants (Mentors and Mentees) across a wide variety of industry sectors.
We can support your Mentoring Programmes in a large number of ways – from some initial consultancy around best practice and how to set yours up through to fully running bespoke programmes on your behalf (including administration and Mentor / Mentee training).
We aim to get our clients fully established and trained so that the programmes become self sustained and fully resourced internally for future cohorts. Train the Trainer and an organisational license is normally required to cover copyright of our materials.
We can also support your Mentors in gaining formal Mentoring Accreditation from EMCC Global and support your programme gaining formal accreditation status from EMCC Global.
