Course overview
These group supervision sessions are suitable for coaches of any experience level who are coaching individuals. Groups are between 5 and 8 coaches – this being the optimum range to balance psychological safety and collective learning
This unique approach brings together coaches in supervision groups of up to eight, providing a safe space to experiment with client cases and co-learn from colleagues through detailed analysis of cases that group members bring.
The programme supervisor is Prof David Clutterbuck, one of the earliest pioneers of modern coaching and mentoring. David’s research and practice with global corporations is the leading edge of coaching in complex environments.
