Course overview

This intensive, highly practical workshop is based on more than 40 years of market leading practice and research and provides a formal baseline to Mentoring for those seeking to become professional mentors.

It’s ideal for individuals who have been a mentor or supporting mentoring relationships for many years and now wish to formalise that experience with accreditation.

This is the first of three courses within our Professional Mentoring Programme, leading onto Practitioner level, and Senior Practitioner level. Whilst many individuals receive some mentoring training during their working lives and may have plenty of mentoring experience, it’s rare that the training is sufficient to meet any standards for formal accreditation.

This course provides a solid foundation and toolkit to underpin all your prior experience with a formal accreditation from the major governing body in mentoring – EMCC Global.
