Whilst this is a basic entry course for Team Coaching, it has great benefits for inexperienced & experienced Team coaches alike. Many Team Coaches have learnt on the job with little or no formal Team Coach training and so this course ensures that everyone who progresses onto Team Coach Practitioner or beyond has the same basic understanding, theories & techniques. It particularly resonates with those suffering with imposter syndrome as a confirmation that their experience & historical approach to Team Coaching is largely correct.

We ask our experienced Team Coaches to rate the Foundation course (1 – very little, 10 – a great deal).  The latest scores are:

How much new knowledge or value did you still get from a Foundational program overall ? 7.95

To what degree would you recommend all other experienced coaches complete this Foundation level program: 8.6
