Advanced Executive Coaching and Mentoring

Description

Whereas most coach training tends to take a relatively simplistic perspective on the role, functions and skills of a coach, this advanced programme recognises that change at executive level is always systemic. Bringing about change in the individual is not enough – change is only sustainable if it also encompasses the systems that influence them and are influenced by them.

Individual Coach Group Supervision (Group 19)

Description

These group supervision sessions are suitable for coaches of any experience level who are coaching individuals. Groups are between 5 and 8 coaches – this being the optimum range to balance psychological safety and collective learning.

Neurodiverse-focused Supervision Groups: Neurodivergent coach with Neurodivergent client (Group 5)

Description

Neurodiversity and neurodivergence are among the most significant issues confronting the coaching profession.Each client and coach are unique in their own neurobiological differences. This bespoke programme facilitated by David Clutterbuck and Francoise Orlov provides neurodivergence-focused supervision groups for professional coaches who themselves have neurodivergent traits. The focus will be on ADHD, autism, and high sensitivity.

Group Supervision from a Complex Systems Perspective – 9am

Description

Suitable for both individual and team coaches who practice from a  systemic/ complex adaptive systems perspective. Systemic coaching focuses on the wider eco-system for better outcomes and Prof David Clutterbuck has pioneered a systemic plus approach to create complex adaptive systems which seeks to identify and address the systems of systems. Description

The purpose of this programme is to equip Mentoring & Coaching Programme Managers with the knowledge, skills and behaviours to design, implement and evaluate mentoring programmes in a variety of organisational settings and contexts. Reciprocal Mentoring 100 Club

Description

While mentoring has undoubtedly made an impact in diversity and inclusion, traditional hierarchical approaches and reverse mentoring both have limited impact. Both focus on changing the mindsets of individuals, but don’t impact the systems, which create inequality and hidden discrimination. They may even reinforce existing systems, by creating examples of people, who have “worked the system”, as if that were the answer.
