  10. Do you feel guilty about not spending enough time with family or friends?
  11. Do you have insufficient time to stick to a healthy diet?
  12. Do you frequently take work home with you?
  13. Do you take work on holiday with you?
  14. Have you forgotten any important birthdays or family occasions in the past year?
  15. Do you sometimes find it hard to be compassionate towards others?
  16. Do you sometimes not really like yourself?
  17. Do you sometimes feel you have lost sight of what’s important in your life?
  18. Are you lonelier than you would like to admit to other people?
  19. Do you sometimes dream of “chucking it all in” but lack the will to do so?
  20. Are most of your dreams “on hold”?

There is no generic scoring system here. You make your own judgements about the implications of your responses. But if you have more “yes” than “no”, you might consider asking for help!
