Course overview

This intensive, highly practical workshop is based on more than 40 years of market leading practice and research and provides a formal baseline to Mentoring for those seeking to become professional mentors. It’s ideal for individuals who have been a mentor or supporting mentoring relationships for many years and now wish to formalise that experience with accreditation.

This is the second of three courses within our Professional Mentoring Programme, following on from the Foundation programme and leading onto Senior Practitioner level. Whilst many individuals receive some mentoring training during their working lives and may have plenty of mentoring experience, it’s rare that the training is sufficient to meet any standards for formal accreditation.  This course builds upon the Foundation programme to establish an advanced skillset to apply Mentoring in a variety of contexts.
