Team coaching is the fastest growing area of coaching and the number of qualified supervisors, who have sufficient and relevant experience in team coaching and coaching supervision, is very limited. Not only is this an opportunity for you to expand your practice, but is also an important opportunity to contribute to this emerging domain of coaching.

Led by leading global authorities on team coaching and on supervision, this advanced supervision training programme aims to increase the capability and capacity of supervisors to become exceptionally effective in working with Team Coaches, Team Coaching pairs, and Team Coaching Supervisors.

Course Details

The course is designed for experienced supervisors (at least five years of practice) of one-to-one coaches who want to add Team Coaching Supervision to their portfolio.

Holders of the EMCC Global  ESIA award and APECS accredited supervisors will automatically be eligible for meeting the entry criteria to the programme.  Other forms of applied prior supervision experience and learning will also be taken into account. All potential participants will be interviewed in advance of acceptance to the programme.

Ten 2 hour modules, interspersed with nine 2 hour Practicums, 2 Individual Supervision sessions, and 1 Group Supervision session.

Delivered virtually by Lise Lewis, and Craig McKenzie with guest faculty as Tony Dickel and David Clutterbuck.
