Session 1 – Thursday 16th October
Session 2 – Thursday 4th December
Session 3 – Thursday 8th January 2026
Session 4 – Thursday 12th February
Session 5 – TBC

Block of 5 x 90-minute sessions = £1,000 (plus VAT)

Please note groups will only run if minimum numbers are met and will be postponed until the following month on a rolling basis.
