Making change happen

This simple formula helps someone plan how to bring about a change in an aspect of their life. It’s firmly rooted in positive psychology, because it explores only the positive things they can do. It involves three questions:

  1. What do you want to adapt?
  2. What do you want to adopt?
  3. What do you want to invent?

    It works because it focuses the person’s mind on finding creative solutions to difficult challenges, by giving them a practical framework to build on.
