All times shown are 4pm GMT / BST and each session is 90 minutes.

Session 1 – Monday 2nd March 2026 – 4pm – 5:30pm UK

Session 2 – Monday 21st April – 4pm – 5:30pm UK

Session 3 – Monday 26th May  – 4pm – 5:30pm UK (BST)

Session 4 – Monday 29th June – 4pm – 5:30pm UK (BST)

Session 5 – Monday 1st September – 4pm – 5:30pm UK (BST)

Session 6 – Monday 12th October – 4pm – 5:30pm UK

Each session is 90 minutes and all times are set against 4pm UK Time. Please note the impacts that Summer time has on the above schedule & please check against your own time-zones.

Block of 6 x 90-minute sessions = £900 (+VAT if applicable)
10% deposit taken at booking to secure your space

Please note groups will only run if minimum numbers are met and will be postponed until the following month on a rolling basis.
